Apple reportedly plans to release Vision Pro by February, claims new report

Apple is reportedly planning to launch its Vision Pro headset in February, according to Apple tipster Mark Gurman. The mixed-reality headset was announced in June with a planned launch in early 2024. Previous reports suggested a March release, but Gurman’s report indicates that production is ramping up and a February launch is now expected. Apple has been running manufacturing at full speed in China and has sent emails to developers encouraging them to prepare their apps for the Vision Pro. The company is also reportedly organizing training seminars for its store assistants on how to present and demonstrate the headset. However, production delays could still impact the planned timeline. Apple is also said to be developing a more affordable version of the Vision Pro with fewer features.
