Rumors suggest that the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro will likely come equipped with a revolutionary tetraprism camera

Apple is rumored to be introducing the tetraprism camera, currently only available on the iPhone 15 Pro Max, to the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. In a research note by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, it is stated that Largan, the supplier of the tetraprism lens, has increased its production yield, indicating that Apple is expected to include the tetraprism camera in the iPhone 16 Pro. Earlier reports suggested that the tetraprism camera would be exclusive to the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Pro Max, but Kuo’s report states that both the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will have the same camera features. This move is expected to lead to a 160% increase in iPhones with tetraprism camera technology compared to the previous year. Rumors for the iPhone 16 also suggest that the devices may have larger displays, upgraded camera systems, and Wi-Fi 7 capabilities.
