The Impressive Camera Feature Of The iPhone 16 Pro Next Year Will Match The iPhone 15 Pro Max's Best Capability

Apple is set to release the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro models next year, and they will come with significant upgrades in the camera department. The iPhone 15 Pro Max currently features a tetraprism lens with a glass and plastic hybrid lens for improved zoom capabilities. According to reports, this unique camera feature will also be included in the smaller iPhone 16 Pro. The tetraprism lens on the iPhone 16 Pro will allow for 5x optical zoom capabilities. Apple plans to bring in another supplier, LG Innotek, to provide folded glass modules for the tetraprism camera technology, which will help address supply constraints. The tetraprism lens reflects light four times, resulting in a longer focal length of 120mm and 5x optical zoom. Apple’s hybrid lens approach is expected to spark a trend in the smartphone photography market. The iPhone 16 Pro is rumored to have a slightly larger display and form factor compared to the iPhone 15 Pro.
